Due to continued growth, we are recruiting for a Compliance Officer to join this successful financial services organisation. You will assist the Head of Compliance ensuring regulatory compliance by carrying out regular compliance audit and review of files and calls, delivering reports and handling customer complaints. You will also liaise internally to make sure training is monitored and up to date.You will be looking to join a reputable organisation who are looking to strengthen their team.   • Assisting the Head of Compliance with periodic review of policies, procedures and controls
  • File audit and call monitoring
  • Identifying and investigating potential fraudulent crimes, including analysing data
  • Preparing compliance monitoring reports for the senior leadership team
  • Collating MI information including Compliance Registers
  • Handling customer complaints in line with policy and regulation
  • Assisting with the delivery of colleague training, liaising with a variety of internal teams
  • Supporting with regulatory reporting
  • Assisting with periodic reviews of policies, procedures and controls
