Contract Management Specialist

As a Contract Management Specialist, you will be instrumental in conducting a comprehensive audit of our third-party contracts across various global markets. Your primary responsibilities will include designing and implementing a scalable audit process, evaluating current contract management practices, and identifying opportunities to streamline and enhance these processes. Your efforts will contribute significantly to creating a standardised, scalable approach to contract negotiation, management, and storage.

Key responsibilities:

- Conducting in-depth audits of third-party contracts, prioritising markets with the highest contract volume and spend.- Assessing existing contract management practices and identifying areas for improvement, including standardising contract formats and updating clauses.- Collaborating closely with procurement, legal, and finance teams to ensure alignment on contract management strategies.- Providing regular updates to leadership on audit findings, trends, and recommended actions.- Ensuring all contracts adhere to relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including GDPR and cybersecurity standards.
