Job DescriptionRole: Contract Strategy and Operations Manager Term:6 months Rate: £350 a day IR35: Inside IR35 Location: Hybrid - 4 days a week onsite in London office, 1 day a week remote working On of our London based client is seeking a highly skilled Contract Strategy and Operations Manager to join their media team for an initial 6-month engagement. You'll be a key player in setting the strategy and delivering a roadmap of initiatives to shape the businesses future advertising products and revenue streams. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct experiments and A/B test to build the right monetisation strategy and go-on market plan for new products.
  • Design, implement and optimise processes to across the business to improve agility and accelerate innovation.
  • Own a roadmap of initiatives to build and improve new advertising products and revenue streams.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategic decision making.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate closely with teams including product, marketing, sales and finance to drive alignment and execution.
  • Develop and implement performance metrics and KPI'S to measure the success and effectiveness of growth initiatives.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

Knowledge and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, business development, or operations in a large business or a growing startup.
  • Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and drive alignment towards common goals.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and strategic thinking, with a track record of developing and executing growth initiatives that deliver measurable results.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with proficiency in SQL and Excel required and proven ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distil complex concepts into clear and compelling narratives.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation and driving positive change.
