Do you have 12-24 months experience within a Recruitment business?
Strong understanding of Contractor Compliance?
High levels of organisation and attention to detail?
Working as part of the Operations for an International Recruitment business, you will be instrumental in ensuring Contractors are Compliant, documents are accurate and sent out to deadline, and audits are successfully completed.
Your role will include;
- Drafting and managing contract documents in line with Company and regularatory standards
- Conducting compliance checks - focusing on ID, Certification and Right to Works
- Collaborating with Consultants, ensuring timelines are met and correct documentation recieved
- Responding to both internal and external enquiries
- Ad hoc sales and office administration
Have you got;
- Experience within Recruitment Complaince, ideally within the Contractor market
- Strong communication skills - the ability to push back on Recruiters on a busy sales floor
- Flexible approach to duties, happy to assist with Admin across all teams in the business
- Familiary with Bullhorn
