  • Length: 12 months
  • Client: Global Entertainment Company

  • Day rate: £59 per hour / £472 per day

  • IR35: Inside IR35 (Umbrella Company to be used, not Limited Company)

  • Work set-up: Working 5 days: 3 days on-site and 2 days remote per week (cannot be changed)

  • Location: Central London

  • Brief:

- You will play a key role in helping the business foster a culture of belonging.

- Proven experience in Data fluency and analysing large, intersectional data sets.

- Tech/entertainment/media is the sector needed for your background experience

- A track record of successfully executing inclusion initiatives with measurable outcomes

- Work alongside other Inclusion Strategy Managers to drive strategic, data-led inclusion initiatives.

- Someone with business partnership experience, ideally having come from agencies/ consultancies.

- Significant experience in driving inclusion strategy with HR & Business Leaders within a Tech, Product, or Media business.

- Partnership: They need someone who has worked in HR/talent, embedded within that function, not external partnership.

- You will work in EMEA initiatives but be based in the UK and focused more on the UK. Little travel between Amsterdam (paid for) and London.

- Not creating DEI, there are moments for more bespoke, talented learning as data reveals these aspects, the programmes become globally adopted and scaled.

- Data fluency: they need someone who has experience in being able to collect/analyse data, a sense of maturity within the space, and acumen on key areas like neurodiversity, race, ethnicity (not just gender level).
