We’re recruiting for an exceptionally rare opportunity to join a Travel Management Company as their Global Head of Implementation Services.

The role of Global Head of Implementation Services carries a wealth of responsibility in ensuring that new, and existing client online implementations run seamlessly. Heading up a global team, you’ll be managing workloads and focusing on continuous improvement of the services offered.
Based in London, there’s a need to be present in the city based office 3 days a week with the remainder being worked from home.
A brief overview of the role/responsibilities includes:
- Chairing weekly implementation meetings with the Execs of the business in the UK and globally.
- Working closely with the product team on new releases and training
- Advocating the use of Salesforce.
- Focused on methodology and processes.
- People management
- Getting involved directly in the more complex and large implementation projects.
Experience required:
Our client is looking for someone who’s a natural and empathic leader. There’s no need to micromanage the team but guide, support, motivate and inspire instead.
Your experience MUST be within corporate travel and implementation and you’ll need to have worked at a senior level with experience directly managing people.
You’ll have a comprehensive knowledge of travel technology, in particular online booking tools used by TMC’s and their functionalities (no need for the in depth technical knowledge though).
