Job Title: Global Regulatory Compliance ManagerLocation: London Office - fully office based

About the Role:We are looking for an experienced and proactive Global Regulatory Compliance Manager to join our team in London. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products and operations comply with the relevant regulatory requirements across global markets. You will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies to mitigate risks, ensure compliance, and maintain the brand’s commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage global regulatory compliance strategies for all products, including cosmetics, skincare, and beauty items, ensuring alignment with local, regional, and international regulations
  • Advise internal teams on regulatory requirements and provide guidance on product formulations, labelling, claims, and packaging compliance
  • Monitor and assess global regulatory changes and trends, proactively updating internal policies and procedures as necessary
  • Conduct regulatory assessments of new and existing products and work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with required standards
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities, ensuring all necessary approvals, certifications, and documentation are obtained in a timely manner
  • Manage and maintain regulatory records, ensuring all product dossiers and compliance documentation are up to date and accurate
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on regulatory matters and ensure awareness of current regulations
  • Collaborate with legal and marketing teams to ensure that advertising, promotions, and labelling are compliant with applicable laws and regulations
  • Identify and assess potential compliance risks and propose solutions to mitigate them
  • Support the development of internal compliance audits and assessments to ensure adherence to global standards

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Extensive experience in regulatory compliance, ideally within the beauty, cosmetics, or personal care industry
  • Strong knowledge of global regulatory frameworks, including FDA, EU, UK, and other international standards
  • Familiarity with product testing, labelling, ingredient safety, and claims substantiation in the beauty and skincare sectors
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to analyse complex regulations and translate them into actionable guidelines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in regulatory compliance software and tools
  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g. law, science, or regulatory affairs) is preferred
