- Demonstrate best practices in meeting governance, maintain client relationships, and ensure clear agendas and deliverables.
- Coordinate multiple committee meetings, manage memberships and attendees, and maintain meeting activity planners.
- Review documents for accuracy and consistency, prepare documentation, and manage meeting actions and timelines.
- Continuously improve team processes, manage monthly reporting, and ensure service levels and deadlines are met.
- Proven stakeholder management experience with the ability to influence and manage peers, upwards and downwards.
- Methodical, diligent, and detail-oriented; excels in verifying assumptions and striving for excellence.
- Competent in understanding and communicating technical subjects, drafting new and improving existing processes, and presenting information clearly.
- Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills; flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Experience in UK retail utilities/UK Smart Metering, and understanding of industry codes and governance (desirable); university graduate or of graduate calibre.
