Head of Compliance

We are recruiting for an experienced Head of Compliance on behalf of a leading national property maintenance group. This is a strategic leadership role, reporting to the CFO, where you will develop and implement a robust risk and compliance framework while embedding a strong compliance culture across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive risk and compliance strategy
  • Provide oversight to senior leadership and the Board
  • Lead compliance, QA, and internal audit teams
  • Ensure regulatory adherence across key areas, including H&S, Fleet, Insurance Risk, and GDPR
  • Oversee risk monitoring, internal audits, and governance reporting
  • Develop training programs to enhance compliance culture

Key Requirements:

  • Proven leadership in compliance, risk management, and governance
  • Strong regulatory knowledge and experience with ISO accreditation
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives
  • A proactive, data-driven approach to risk assessment and compliance
