Ambition are recruiting for a leading national advisory firm that are looking to hire an Insolvency Compliance Senior Manager to join their team.

You will be part of a team of 5 others focussed on compliance and work closely with the Insolvency Technical & Compliance Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and rollout of restructuring procedures, templates, and compliance standards across UK offices.
  • Act as a key point of contact for technical queries, ensuring timely, accurate guidance is shared across teams.
  • Monitor regulatory and technical updates, ensuring compliance with evolving legislation and professional standards.
  • Work with technical reps and L&D to identify training needs and support delivery of relevant training programs.
  • Collaborate with the Compliance Director and Technical Committee to ensure consistent policy application and risk mitigation.
