A leading MGA is currently seeking a Conduct Risk Officer. You will join a mid-sized team and take on responsibility for all conduct matters (reporting in to the Head of Compliance).
The main aims of this role are:
- Taking the lead on all conduct, product governance and complaints matters
- Development and implementation of the Customer Outcomes Framework
- Maintaining conduct risk and customer outcome KRIs
- Identifying and setting customer outcomes controls across the Group
- Monitoring and oversight of conduct exposed delegated authority contracts
It is essential that you have conduct risk experience gained in an insurance business. A strong understanding and practical application of FCA ICOBS, PROD and DISP rules is required.
