As an Internal Policy Officer, you’ll be at the heart of our Quality Assurance team, becoming the go-to expert for all things related to policies, procedures, and documentation within the Royal British legions’ Services Directorate.In this role, you’ll ensure our policies are not just up to date but also easily accessible and effective in supporting how we deliver services to our beneficiaries. You’ll work closely with other teams, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance our processes and taking the lead in driving meaningful improvements.Your insights will shape our approach to operational excellence, as you’ll be responsible for analysing Quality Assurance audit results and recommending innovative solutions to enhance our ways of working.
