They are looking for confident, focused and interested graduate to join their property brand.Company Profile - Junior Tenancy & Compliance Manager:Located in in Central London, the Head Office serves as the central hub for the property services department of our client. As a prominent player in the property management industry, the organisation is dedicated to providing exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards. Prospective candidates have the opportunity to join this team and be part of an organisation that values growth, development, and excellence in property management.Responsibilities - Junior Tenancy & Compliance Manager:The chosen candidate will assume the role of overseeing a dedicated portfolio of non-managed tenancies, playing a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer service to both Landlord and Tenant. Key responsibilities encompass:

  • Managing all aspects of non-managed tenancies throughout their entire duration, ensuring smooth operations in alignment with contractual agreements.
  • Ensuring accuracy and compliance of tenancy documentation from the outset.
  • Arranging pre-tenancy and end-of-tenancy works.
  • Aiding and advice as needed, handling a variety of administration tasks and ad-hoc requests.
  • Coordinating pre and end-of-tenancy works, including booking.
  • Verifying the accuracy and proper uploading of deal files.
  • Distributing all necessary paperwork to both tenants and landlords.
  • Promptly addressing general tenancy issues.
  • Offering support to the Lettings and Property Management teams.
  • Responding to queries within 24 hours, ensuring efficient and effective communication.
  • Managing deposits releases and assisting with related queries between landlords and tenants.
