My client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented Local Authority Transformation Programme Manager on a Contract basis.
The role will drive the Council's vision for recovery, leading on specific areas of service and operational improvement.
About the role:
Based in Greater London (Hybrid):
- Working within your relevant service area (resident experience / child & adult social care / housing, etc.), deliver substantial service improvements and transformation.
- Work with complexity and whole system thinking- linking operating model to partnerships in wider systems including healthcare and economic growth and community partnerships
- Ensure close synergy with improvement and recovery and culture change, workforce strategy and asset proposals
- In line with the MTFS, deliver cases for change, focussing on Front Door, Assessment and Digitisation, working closely with the Corporate Support Teams.
About you:You will have the following experiences:
- Extensive experience in the delivery of Local Authority Transformation Programmes.
- A LEAN, system-thinking approach / experience
- Experience of influencing and of effective stakeholder engagement
- Experience of working with a formal programme management governance and assurance framework, ensuring appropriate documentation and in-line MTFS working.
- Local Authority experience is essential
What's on offer:
- Salary: £500-£700+ per day, inside IR35
*negotiable based on experience
