The Role

As Risk & Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and managing the company's risk and compliance frameworks. You'll work closely with senior management to embed risk and compliance processes across the organisation. Key Responsibilities of the Risk & Compliance Manager:

  • Implement and maintain the GRP Risk Management Policy and Framework
  • Ensure compliance with the GRP Conduct Risk Framework
  • Manage compliance registers and reporting processes
  • Oversee complaints and breach management processes
  • Conduct file reviews and assist with internal audits

Required knowledge and experience for the Risk & Compliance Manager role:

  • Extensive experience in risk management and regulatory compliance within the insurance sector
  • In-depth knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance requirements
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Experience with risk registers and compliance monitoring tools
