We are actively seeking highly experienced Risk and Compliance Managers to join a phenomenally well-respected law firm in London. This is a full-time, permanent position and is a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to take a vital part in helping shape the rapidly evolving risk and compliance function in the team.
Reporting to the Head of Compliance, the successful candidate will be undertaking various duties including (but not limited to): line managing the central onboarding team, managing the central onboarding process, allocating and delegating work, performing quality assurance checks, drafting escalation reports, managing the shared compliance inbox, maintaining an monitoring Central Registers, delivering training and support, alongside a wide variety of related tasks.
Our client is looking for c.5 years' line management experience, ideally in a risk and compliance function within legal and/or financial services.
Excellent academics and exemplary organisational and communicative skills are essential.
