Salesforce Administrator:
An insurance business, bringing their Salesforce resource in-house are initially hiring 2x Salesforce Administrators as part of this restructure. They've had Salesforce for 3-4 years, with circa 200 internal users and purely use Salesforce as a policy administration tool currently, but are keen to use Salesforce more effectively in the future. This is a great opportunity for someone to take this business by the scruff of the neck and create a best in class Salesforce instance, as well as contributing towards IT support more broadly.
Unlike some insurance businesses, their environment is fast paced, ever-changing and high pressured so a pragmatic, confident individual with excellent soft skills to effectively interact with users is likely to have the best chance for success. Alongside this, you will be an experienced Salesforce Administrator who's had exposure to multiple Salesforce Orgs. You'll ideally be able to read and understand code, whilst also having good SQL experience to be able to extract data and interpret.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days/week required in their London office (Monday in office is mandatory). Base salary is up to 60k, with a generous benefits package which includes a performance related bonus and Bupa healthcare.
