An exciting opportunity to move into a newly created role, reporting directly into the Head of Compliance.

As the Senior Compliance Manager within the second line of defence (2LOD) risk and compliance function you will have the chance to shape the risk and compliance approach within company. This role will provide insight, oversight and challenge on risk and compliance matters.

Role Responsibilities

  • Assist in the maintenance and execution of the compliance processes
  • Assist in the provision of support, and where necessary challenge and oversight to key business stakeholders in their implementation or adherence to the Compliance Framework.
  • Assist in the maintenance and execution of the compliance processes
  • Assist in the execution of an effective compliance assurance programme.
  • Support relevant Client and Board reporting on the effectiveness and efficiency of core compliance processes.
  • Preparing and collating monthly Compliance Management reporting to Regional Committees and Boards.

Experience Required

  • Experience in a risk and compliance role, ideally within a Platform/Wealth or Investment Management environment.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management and influencing skills.
  • Strong knowledge of industry risk and compliance best practice
