The Role

As a Senior Technical Compliance Manager, you will be a key player within the Governance and Compliance team, ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory maintenance regulations. This pivotal position involves managing risks associated with Legionella and asbestos, making it essential for candidates to have a strong technical background in these areas.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Develop and monitor effective Legionella Management arrangements and the Parliamentary Legionella Management plan.
  • Manage audit reporting regimes to demonstrate compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of the Asbestos Management Plan.
  • Act as the day-to-day responsible person for estate-wide water management, including Legionella control.
  • Manage the estate-wide confined spaces and roof access management plans.
  • Undertake audits and provide assurance reporting on all Planned Preventative Maintenance activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Essential qualifications in Legionella Management (e.g., BOHS P901, P903) and Asbestos Management (e.g., BOHS P405).
  • Extensive experience in managing asbestos and Legionella in large buildings or estates.
  • Proven ability to manage contracts, including specification, procurement, and compliance monitoring.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse audiences and upholding values of equality, diversity, and inclusion.
  • NEBOSH General Certificate Health and Safety Qualification

  • Building Services related Qualification ONC/HNC
