Job title: Technical Service Manager
Location: Covering commercial offices across London & The Southeast
Terms: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Salary/rate: Salary is paying between 55,000 - 60,000 Per annum + 4,500 Car Allowance
Requirements:
- Experience leading a team of technical engineers
- Experience leading a large portfolio of sites
- Technical understanding
- Profit & Loss Experience (Desired)

About the role: We are looking to take on board a strong TSM to cover 21 sites across London & the southeast. You will be working on a high end commercial office contract. You will be looking after a team of 5 engineers with 2 supervisors reporting directly into yourself. With this role comes lots of flexibility for hybrid working.
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance management - reactive and planned (PPMs etc.)
- Management of M&E maintenance services
- Fabric maintenance
- Use of CAFM systems
- Relevant admin - PPMs, CAFM, hot works, permits to work etc.
- Line management of in-house maintenance team (fabric, basic maintenance only)
- Managing 3rd party contractors for M&E and other specialist providers - performance management, KPIs, client relationships etc.
