A Luxury Fit Out contractor who are currently working on one of the most iconic Luxury Hotels in the UK are currently on the market seeking a experienced and forward thinking Technical Services Manager capable of supporting the delivery of Luxury Hotel fit out project in London and surrounding counties.

They are looking for an exceptional and aspirational TSM to support the Project Lead deliver projects from inception to completion, they offer an excellent package and a long-term stable career for the right candidate

The Role

They are looking for a TSM capable of supporting the project lead delivering projects across London and surrounding counties.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:-

- Managing and overseeing the design and installation of technical services for a luxury Hotel
- Review and approve project documents such as drawings and specs
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations.
- Work closely with with project team and other stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
- Provide technical guidance and support to the wider business

Candidate:-

The ideal candidate will currently be working as a TSM / Technical Services Manager for a Luxury fit out contractor, they will have experience working on high end hotels being a distinct advantage. They want a forward thinking and capable TSM to oversee the design and installation of technical services on

You will have the following skills or experience:-

- Experience working on Luxury Hotel Projects 
- Experience working with a fit out contractor
- TSM or similar working experience
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to manage subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the site team
- Excellent communication skills
