Tenancy & Compliance Administrator E5£33,000-£36,000Our client is a leading property management group located in E5 who are recruiting for a Tenancy & Compliance Administrator to join their growing team. This position will involve ensuring properties meet all regulatory requirements while maintaining positive tenant relationships.This is a full time, office-based role, Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm and 9am-3pm on Friday's. Parking is available alongside a generous holiday package. Key Responsibilities:* Liaise with tenants on compliance matters* Work closely with local authorities regarding property regulations and tenant-related issues* Oversee property licensing, including HMO & Selective Licensing applications, renewals, and compliance* Action inspection reports and ensure all required property works are completed* Ensure up-to-date compliance certifications (Gas Safety, EICR, EPCs)* Maintain accurate compliance and tenant documentation in line with Right to Rent, GDPR, AML policies* Assist with other property management and compliance-related tasks as neededKey Requirements: * Strong understanding of property licensing & compliance (HMO, Selective Licensing)* Excellent communication skills - ability to handle tenant issues professionally* Ability to liaise with local authorities and external stakeholders* Highly organised with strong attention to detail* Previous experience in property management or compliance is highly desirableSend your CV to Fame Recruitment today to be considered for the great opportunity.
