The Opportunity: Education Compliance Specialist

We are thrilled to announce that applications are now open for the role of Education Compliance Specialist based in our thriving London Office for a november start. We are seeking driven individuals who are ready to make a real impact on the lives of today's students. As a Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for attracting and onboarding exceptional educators, supporting a variety of schools across London. You will play a crucial role in safeguarding students, educators and schools and maintaining our reputation for excellence in education recruitment.

 

Hybrid set up: 4 days in office, 1 day work from home option.
Salary: £27,000

 

Your Duties: Enriching Education, Empowering Educators

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with Apsco+ regulations, as well as company policies.
  • Identify potential compliance risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.

Candidate Management:

  • Provide guidance and compliance support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the Recruitment Consultants in your team to understand specific needs for your region’s supply and long-term vacancies.
  • Conduct training sessions for recruitment staff on compliance requirements and best practices.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with the coordination of interviews, placements, and onboarding processes.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of candidate information and compliance with relevant regulations.

Talent Sourcing:

  • Utilise various platforms to identify and attract expectational educators, including teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of our partner schools.
