Our client is a well-established supply & distribution company with a nationwide presence. They are looking to recruit an experienced Quality & Compliance officer, to join their Head Office team, working closely with the Directors and Operations Manager. This role would suit a self-starter who can work on their initiative and is confident in their skillset.
The ideal candidate will have 3 -5 years of experience in a similar role with some duties as follows:
- Ensure full compliance with ISO certifications.
- Conduct ISO internal audits as required and be the main point of contact for external auditors.
- Responsible for the internal document management system
- Producing reports
- Ensuring Health and Safety procedures are maintained and followed at all locations.
- Fire risk and building safety management.
- Developing and managing maintenance schedules for company building(s).
- Agreeing and maintaining contracts relating to upkeep and maintenance of company building(s).
- Ensure required testing and inspections are completed across locations in a timely, controlled manner.
- Manage and monitor property leases across business locations.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes within the team at HQ location.
Hours - 8 am - 4.30 pm Monday to Friday
