  • Key responsibilities include managing the internal document management system, ensuring health and safety procedures, and overseeing maintenance schedules for company buildings.
  • The role requires a self-starter who can work independently and identify opportunities to improve business processes.

Our client is a well-established supply & distribution company with a nationwide presence. They are looking to recruit an experienced Quality & Compliance officer, to join their Head Office team, working closely with the Directors and Operations Manager. This role would suit a self-starter who can work on their initiative and is confident in their skillset.

The ideal candidate will have 3 -5 years of experience in a similar role with some duties as follows:

  • Ensure full compliance with ISO certifications.
  • Conduct ISO internal audits as required and be the main point of contact for external auditors.
  • Responsible for the internal document management system
  • Producing reports
  • Ensuring Health and Safety procedures are maintained and followed at all locations.
  • Fire risk and building safety management.
  • Developing and managing maintenance schedules for company building(s).
  • Agreeing and maintaining contracts relating to upkeep and maintenance of company building(s).
  • Ensure required testing and inspections are completed across locations in a timely, controlled manner.
  • Manage and monitor property leases across business locations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes within the team at HQ location.

Hours - 8 am - 4.30 pm Monday to Friday

Onsite parking or a short walk from station

£42 - 45k per annum
