Key Responsibilities as a Risk & Assurance Business Partner
- Conduct risk assessments and evaluate potential risk reduction strategies.
- Provide operational support and advice to managers and employees on client issues and employee health.
- Perform internal compliance audits and handle subsequent administrative tasks, such as Corrective and Preventive Action closeouts.
- Collect and compile QHSE data monthly.
- Maintain accident/incident reports and data.
- Assist with document control.
- Develop and support the creation of company policies, procedures, and related documentation.
- Produce management reports, newsletters, and bulletins.
Core Experience and Skills
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ideally in a start-up or scale-up.
- NEBOSH health & safety general certificate or Level 3 NVQ.
- Internal Auditor qualification in at least one of the standards, ISO 9001, 45001, or 14001.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and the implementation and maintenance of a document management system in both office and operational environments.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with excellent working knowledge of computers.
