The Agency:

I am working with a global advertising agency to work across their Social & Influencer function, leading the tea across one of their biggest clients in the consumer space.

The Role:

Leadership: Lead and mentor the team, promoting a collaborative, high-performance culture and ensuring talent retention across global regions.
Client Relationships: Maintain strong client connections, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and driving new business development.
Operations: Oversee the successful delivery of campaigns, streamline workflows, and stay ahead of market trends.
Financial Management: Ensure profitability and cost-efficiency while managing budgets for maximum ROI.
Team Development: Set performance goals, conduct reviews, and foster growth within the team.

About You:

Collaborative leader thriving in fast-paced, results-focused environments.
Expert in social media, with a strong understanding of its connection to Digital Media, Influencer Marketing, PR, and Broadcast.
Deep knowledge of evolving digital advertising trends in EMEA, with the ability to align them with brand objectives.
Experienced in managing multiple accounts while leading and developing teams.
Proven track record in growing client business, spearheading strategic social campaigns, and leading discussions on trends, best practices, and analytics.
