Responsibilities
As an Account Director, you will:
- Lead strategic planning and execution of integrated consumer campaigns for high-profile clients on a retained and project basis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring their business objectives are met.
- Oversee cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration across influencer, social, content, PR, and event disciplines to deliver seamless campaigns.
- Drive creative ideation sessions, contributing innovative concepts that align with clients' brand and campaign goals.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Monitor and measure campaign performance, presenting results and insights to clients with a focus on ROI.
- Stay on top of industry trends, tools, and best practices, identifying opportunities to keep campaigns fresh and competitive.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and creativity.
- Proactively seek opportunities to expand existing accounts and pitch for new business to grow the agency's client portfolio.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in leading large-scale consumer campaigns at a PR agency or similar environment.
- At least 1 year of PR Account Director level experience in a PR agency with experience working on consumer accounts.
- Any experience within consumer food & beverage is highly desired.
- A passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of integrated marketing across PR, influencer, social media, and experiential.
- Exceptional client management skills, with the ability to build trust and manage expectations effectively.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- A keen eye for creativity, paired with a strategic mindset to achieve measurable results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
