Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons across the KS1 curriculum, tailored to meet the developmental needs of young learners.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, collaboration, and confidence.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted support and differentiation to ensure all children achieve their goals.
- Work closely with colleagues, including teaching assistants and the SENCO, to provide a cohesive and supportive learning experience.
- Build strong relationships with parents and caregivers to foster a collaborative approach to each child's development.
Experience:
Previous experience teaching KS1 students in a primary school setting is essential. A thorough understanding of the National Curriculum and the ability to deliver high-quality lessons that meet the needs of diverse learners is highly desirable.
