• Deliver engaging lessons across Key Stage 2 to ensure continuity of learning when regular teachers are absent.
• Adapt quickly to different classes, bringing creativity and consistency to the learning environment.
• Build strong relationships with pupils to support their academic, social, and emotional growth.
• Teach off preplanned lessons
