We are excited to be working with a fantastic special needs school in South West London who are currently looking to recruit a primary PPA Teacher.Â
This school caters for pupils with Autism/ASC, ADHD, associated learning difficulties, and behavioural challenges. The site is purpose-built and boasts classrooms specifically designed as low-arousal environments to promote a calm environment for learning. Similarly, the school has fantastic outdoors and sports facilities used for both physical development ad to aid pupils’ regulation.
This role involves working across different classes, being adaptable to a variety of needs, and being able to take a lesson plan and make it your own.
The ideal candidate should be…
- Adaptable and flexible in their approach
- This role is only suitable for candidates who have QTS/QTLS or are within their four years allowance. This is not suitable for unqualified teachers.Â
- Confident with new classes and working with a range of pupil needs.
- Fun and engaging – able to take lesson plans and give them life!
- Looking for a variable, interesting and unique role
- Open to progression, development, and training opportunities
