About Us:
We are working with a Primary School that is part of an all-through school. The primary phase benefits from a purpose built building as well as a stunning outdoor space which incudes specifically designed play areas for each Key Stage. The school also has its own Nature Reserve. They are now looking for a Primary Cover Supervisor to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversea classes in the short-term absence of a teacher.
- Support in the classroom as directed.
- Work alongside school staff.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have a flexible and reliable approach.
- Be committed to children's welfare, education and development.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: A degree in any discipline
- Experience: Some recent experience of covering class.
- Knowledge: Some understanding of supporting pupils
- Desirable: aspiring future primary teacher
