About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Year 4 Class Teacher to join a dedicated team at a 2 form entry mainstream primary school in Hackney. This is a Long term contract (potentially Temp to Perm)
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and creative lessons that inspire and motivate young minds. You will be expected to:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons across the curriculum, ensuring differentiation to meet the needs of all learners.
- Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that fosters a love of learning.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents/carers, and colleagues.
- Assess, record, and report on pupil progress effectively.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extra-curricular activities.
- Be an active member of the school team, contributing to whole-school initiatives.
About You:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience of teaching in Key Stage 2 (essential)
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for working with children and a commitment to their success
- A creative and innovative approach to teaching
- A team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
