An Outstanding 4 Form Entry Primary School in Havering is seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher + Year Group Lead (YGL) to join their Middle Leadership Team starting September 2025.
The successful candidate will have the flexibility to choose which Year Group to lead and will be responsible for progress and attainment within that group.
This full-time, permanent position offers a salary range of £38,745 - £58,135 plus TLR, depending on experience and qualifications.
Candidates must be experienced Primary Teachers with UK QTS, showing ambition and confidence in leading a team, and should have been graded as good or outstanding in recent observations.
