Supply Teacher Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality primary education to students across various year groups.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and development.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing feedback to both students and parents when necessary.
- Be flexible and adapt to different schools and year groups as needed.
Supply Teacher Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in primary schools.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Ability to adapt to different teaching environments.
- DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance or willingness to obtain one.
