Exciting Opportunity for a Year 2 Teacher in Lewisham Primary School!
Tradewind are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 2 Teacher to join a friendly two-form entry Primary School in Lewisham, starting in December 2024. This is a fantastic long-term maternity cover position for the remainder of the academic year, offering the chance to work in a supportive environment with excellent facilities, including on-site parking.
Key Details:
- Position: Year 2 Teacher (Maternity Cover)
- Start Date: December 2024
- Location: Lewisham, South East London
- Contract: Long-term, full-time (until the end of the academic year, potential for roles in September 2025)
- Pay: From £188+ per day, based on experience and pay scale
What We're Looking For:
- A passionate and committed teacher who can deliver engaging lessons in Year 2
- Previous Year 2 teaching experience is advantageous, but applications from all teaching backgrounds are welcome
- A teacher with strong classroom management skills and the ability to contribute to the school's vibrant community
- A flexible and positive attitude towards covering maternity leave
