Year 3 Teacher – Kensintong and Chelsea - September 2025 start

This is an exciting opportunity for a Year 3 teacher to become a valued member of a professional and supportive team in a welcoming primary school.

The role

As an enthusiastic and capable Year 3 teacher, this role has a great deal to offer an ECT or experienced teacher.  As a key function of the role, you will be required to foster a learning environment and educational experience which provides pupils with the opportunity to fulfil their individual potential. 

As a year 3 teacher, you will also be responsible for using a variety of teaching delivery methods appropriate to the individual learning styles, and the varying demands of the curriculum while keeping pupils engaged.

The ideal candidate

The school believes the quality of staff is crucial to pupils’ success and therefore you must have the following:

  • Qualified teacher status (QTS) required
  • Have proven success in your teaching career to date
  • Have experience teaching year 3
  • Be an ECT or experienced teacher
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Ensure pupil safety inside and outside of the classroom
