Duration: Summer Term with option to go permanent in September 2025

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to meet the needs of Year 5 students.

• Create a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that supports students' academic progress and social well-being.

• Assess and monitor student progress, providing targeted interventions and support to meet individual learning goals.

• Collaborate with colleagues, including teaching assistants and the SENCO, to deliver a cohesive and supportive learning experience.

• Design and implement lessons aligned with the National Curriculum, ensuring a broad and balanced education for all students.

Experience:

• Previous experience teaching KS2 students in a primary school setting is essential.

• A thorough understanding of the Year 5 curriculum and the ability to differentiate instruction to support diverse learners is highly desirable.
