This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and experienced leader with a passion for KS2 and a solid understanding of Catholic education principles.
Job Description:
- Provide strategic leadership across the school, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
- Support and mentor KS2 teachers, driving excellence in pedagogy and curriculum development.
- Work closely with the Headteacher and SLT to maintain the school's Catholic ethos.
- Lead whole-school initiatives and support staff professional development.
Candidate Requirements:
? Must have experience working in a Catholic primary school and uphold its values.? Strong leadership experience within KS2 and a track record of driving improvement.? Holds NPQSL (or working towards it) or equivalent leadership qualifications.? A commitment to fostering high expectations and inclusion for all pupils.
