Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership:Support the Headteacher in the overall management of the school.
- Curriculum Development:Assist in the planning and implementation of a broad and balanced curriculum.
- Staff Support:Mentor and support teaching staff, promoting professional development and best practices.
- Student Achievement:Monitor and enhance student progress and attainment.
- Parental Engagement:Foster strong relationships with parents and the wider community.
- Safeguarding:Ensure the safety and well-being of all students, adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Qualifications:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree.
- Experience:Significant teaching experience in a primary school setting, with a track record of leadership and management.
- Skills:Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and motivate staff and students.
- Knowledge:Comprehensive understanding of primary education and current educational practices.
