Primary Teaching Assistant - Teacher Training (FULLY FUNDED)

Q: Are you a graduate who wants to become a Primary Teacher?

If so, Clarus Education are actively looking for intelligent and hardworking graduates to complete the Aspiring Teacher Programme (ATP). If you are wanting to train to become a Primary Teacher and are worried about the cost, then look no further than the ATP.

This is an exciting opportunity that will kick off your teaching journey, working as a Teaching Assistant in a Primary Classroom with a wide range of children with differing needs. On successful completion of your first year on the Aspiring Teacher Programme, you will undertake a 4 Term training course, followed by a 2 term Fast track ECT induction. At which point you will become a Fully Qualified Primary Teacher!

What is ATP?

· FULLY FUNDED teacher training programme

· TA position which progresses into Teaching Training after 1 academic year

What is the ATP process?

· STAGE 1

o Starting January 2025

o Term Time

o Paid £92 - £106 a day

o Primary Year group position (Year 2 or Year 3)

o Excellent training

· STAGE 2

o 1 Academic Year

o 4 Terms

o £21,000 salary + £9,000 PGCE FULLY FUNDED BY THE SCHOOL

· STAGE 3

o Starting Salary £32, 157

· Willingness to go above and beyond

· TA experience or classroom experience is advantageous
