- Plan and deliver engaging and original lessons that align with the National Curriculum for Year 3.
- Support students in developing necessary literacy and numeracy skills to guarantee a smooth transition into Key Stage 2 learning.
- Create a nurturing classroom environment that deeply supports all students' academic success as well as self-improvement.
- Consistently evaluate and closely monitor student progress, while offering targeted support to address diverse individual learning needs.
- Collaborate with many colleagues, including several teaching assistants and the SENCO, to guarantee a well-rounded learning experience.
Wide-ranging experience teaching in KS2, particularly in Year 3, is highly desirable. A solid comprehension of the core subjects and how they progress during Key Stage 2. A commitment to supporting each child's learning adventure reflects a strong passion for education.
