We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Year 4 Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Merton. In this role, you will lead a class of motivated students, delivering engaging lessons that meet the Key Stage 2 (KS2) curriculum while fostering their confidence and love for learning.

• Plan, prepare, and deliver creative and engaging lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum.
• Monitor and assess students' progress, providing constructive feedback and tailored support where needed.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages academic and personal growth.
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers, sharing updates on student achievements and progress.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the wider school community.
• Adhere to safeguarding policies, ensuring the welfare and safety of all pupils.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching at KS2 level.
• A strong understanding of the Year 4 curriculum and ability to deliver it effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
• A patient, caring, and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
