Position: Partnerships Coordinator
  • Location: Ladbroke Grove, London
  • Schedule: Hybrid - Three days in the office, two days from home
  • Basic Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
  • Uncapped Bonus: On Target Earnings up to £40,000 (Year One) and £60,000 (Year Two)
  • Career Progression: Base salary increases to£28,000 after placing 10 traineesand up to£33,000 after placing 20 trainees.
What You’ll Do

As a Partnerships Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in fostering relationships with schools and educational institutions. Your responsibilities will include:

?? Developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in education.

?? Identifying new opportunities to expand our network.

?? Collaborating with internal teams to design tailored solutions for partner schools.

?? Tracking and analyzing partnership performance metrics to ensure success.

?? Providing insights and recommendations to continuously enhance our programmes.
