Key ResponsibilitiesAs our Process Improvement Manager, you will:

  • Lead end-to-end process improvement projects using best-in-class methodologies to enhance legal matter efficiency and profitability.
  • Partner with clients and lawyers to optimise high-value legal service delivery.
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to elevate legal operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to build a strong pipeline of impactful initiatives.
  • Advise and support stakeholders in adopting new tools and change initiatives for seamless transitions.

What We're Looking ForTo excel in this role, you should:

  • Possess strong emotional intelligence and a proven track record of engaging diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Be confident in building relationships quickly with project sponsors and legal teams.
  • Simplify complex challenges to create structured and actionable solutions.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Know when to challenge constructively and when to be pragmatic.
  • Be highly organised, self-motivated, and adaptable, able to work independently or lead a team with ease.
  • Have hands-on experience delivering process improvement projects within a professional services environment (legal experience preferred).
  • Be skilled in Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies to drive impactful results.
