Admin Support with SAP Experience - Procurement Department (Contract)

Location: Canning Town, London
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day (with 1 day working from home)
Contract Duration: 3 to 6 months
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Our well-established food supply client based in Canning Town is seeking a dedicated and organised Admin Support professional to join their Procurement Department on a 3 to 6-month contract. If you have SAP experience and are looking for a rewarding opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team, we would love to hear from you!

In this role, you will provide vital administrative support within the Procurement Department, assisting with data entry, system updates, order processing, and inventory management. Your SAP experience will be key in ensuring smooth processes and accurate record-keeping across procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the Procurement team
  • Manage and process data within SAP, including stock updates and order tracking
  • Assist in maintaining inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers
  • Process orders, manage purchase orders, and ensure timely communication with suppliers and internal teams
  • Assist in reporting and data analysis using SAP tools
  • Handle supplier inquiries and resolve any issues related to procurement activities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative support role, ideally within procurement or supply chain
  • Strong experience with SAP (preferably in procurement or logistics)
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative team player
