Department Commissioning Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee all commissioning activities on-site, including planning, management, and project closure.
- Manage a team of direct reports.
- Supervise the Commissioning Tagging process and procedures.
- Provide regular progress reports internally and externally.
- Lead weekly commissioning meetings and guide weekly commissioning activities.
- Facilitate daily whiteboard meetings on commissioning.
- Attend weekly commissioning meetings with the Main Contractor and clients, reporting weekly progress.
- Develop the Project commissioning schedule in collaboration with project planners.
- Ensure accurate tracking of the testing and commissioning workforce using site Labor Allocation Tracker sheets, issued daily.
Department Commissioning Manager Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Relevant technical and Electrical or Mechanical qualifications or industry-recognised qualifications
- Experience working for a reputable MEP contractor or General Contractor
