At Konsileo, we’re scaling up, and the newly created Operations and Compliance Lead role offers a unique opportunity to work across the business and help shape our future. Working closely with the Operations Manager and other Central Team functions, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining operational brilliance, delivering excellent outcomes to our clients, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

This is a collaborative role designed for someone who thrives on teamwork, enjoys representing Operations within a dynamic business environment, and wants to make a meaningful impact across all areas of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, collaboration is central. Whilst your core responsibilities will evolve as we shape the role together, key areas will include:

Operational and Compliance Management:

  • Consumer Duty: Collaborate with teams to meet and exceed Consumer Duty obligations, ensuring monitoring, reporting, and necessary actions are completed, constant drive to improve.

  • Policy and Procedures: Assist in creating, reviewing, and maintaining operational and compliance policies, ensuring they remain effective and accessible to all stakeholders.

  • Complaints Management:Lead the investigation and resolution of client complaints, with support from the Operations Manager, while sharing insights with relevant teams to drive improvements.

  • Fair Value Assessments: Contribute to assessments and respond to insurer requests, working alongside Insurer Development and Product teams.

  • Risk Assessments and Gap Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify risks, conduct gap analyses, and support the implementation of improvements.

Process Oversight and Integrity:

  • Operational Integrity: Support the monthly Operational Integrity Meeting by compiling data, identifying trends, and ensuring appropriate actions are taken with input from relevant teams.

  • Trading Board support: Help compile trading board packs, bringing together information from various functions.
