What Youll Do:
- Manage the procurement process for food & beverage, securing the best quality and prices.
- Lead the strategy for our Prestige Basket, ensuring premium, plant-based items are always available.
- Negotiate supplier deals and secure retrospective discounts to boost profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure procurement aligns with our sustainability and business goals.
- Analyze margins, track market trends, and ensure we're always offering competitive pricing
- Ensure our system and other procurement tools are up to date with supplier data, pricing, and product details
- Conduct regular supplier reviews, addressing any concerns with product quality, delivery, or service.
