What Youll Do:

  • Manage the procurement process for food & beverage, securing the best quality and prices.
  • Lead the strategy for our Prestige Basket, ensuring premium, plant-based items are always available.
  • Negotiate supplier deals and secure retrospective discounts to boost profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure procurement aligns with our sustainability and business goals.
  • Analyze margins, track market trends, and ensure we're always offering competitive pricing
  • Ensure our system and other procurement tools are up to date with supplier data, pricing, and product details
  • Conduct regular supplier reviews, addressing any concerns with product quality, delivery, or service.
