Spectrum IT are working with a renowned and international brand to recruit a Contract PIM & Data Lead. This role has arisen due to a planned transformation/implementation of their new PIM platform. This is an initial 6-month contract role with scope for extension, engagement via an umbrella company and will require you to be onsite 2-3 days per week in the London office.

In this role the Contract PIM & Data Lead role you will be responsible for the existing legacy management offering hands on support with accurate product data as well as helping support the role out of their new PIM (InRiver).The ideal candidate will possess strong PIM knowledge ideally with InRiver, however, other similar PIM systems experience such as FredHopper or StoryBlok will suffice.

Key Responsibilities

Legacy Management

  • Hands on support with getting product data across to and corrected for our (url removed) & PurePlay partners. This can be a mix of quite manual uploads and/or working with their PIM tools.
  • Working with brands and global teams to ensure we've got all necessary & validated product data based on partners requirements.
  • Enhancing product data processes where needed to introduce efficiencies.

New PIM Implementation

  • Prepare the Region for the roll out of our new PIM (InRiver) in terms of data requirements.
  • Work with Global to document ways of working for product data creation, updating, localisation & syndication to both (url removed) and Retail/PurePlay partners
  • Work with Training Manager & Global to identify roll out training needs for region
  • Help to determine org structure/roles needed in region for post implementation run state
  • Act as Regional POC for global teams regarding PIM implementation
  • Produce regular reporting & comms on progress of implementation

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience with Product Information Management (PIM) systems, InRiver desirable
  • Experience managing projects related to business-facing content or data tools
  • Experience in PIM implementation
  • Good understanding of product attribution and taxonomy development and impact on other areas (SEO, product feed, etc.)
  • Ability to leverage multiple tools to create and maintain necessary data stewardship inputs and outputs
  • Experience working with a multi brand/stakeholder business
  • Good communication skills with both business and technical audiences
  • Detail-oriented; ability to work in multitask dynamic environment
  • Highly collaborative, energetic, enthusiastic and a proven ability to work in a team-based environment

Contract Details

Title: Contract PIM & Data Lead
Location:
Hybrid, 3 days per week in Central London Fully Remote, occasional travel to London
Duration: 6 months

IR35: No PSC's, contractor must engage via umbrella
