What's the Opportunity?In the ever-evolving landscape of our client's operations, there's a unique chance to make a significant impact. You'll play a crucial role in enhancing driver sentiment and trust through strategic communications around product launches and feature updates. Your expertise will help bridge collaboration across various teams including Operations, Marketing, and Support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & Maintain Strategy: Elevate the UK Driver Communications strategy from reactive to proactive, ensuring a consistent and engaging narrative.
  • Customer Lifecycle Insights: Analyse the customer journey and propose automated communications to keep drivers informed about key product changes.
  • Content Creation Management: Oversee the production of high-quality content for the driver podcast and educational videos, partnering with external agencies.
  • Facilitate Collaboration: Manage the Customer Collective meetings, liaising with team representatives to streamline communication efforts.
  • Best Practises Champion: Define and promote CRM best practises, mentoring new team members on effective communication strategies.
  • Newsletter Management: Coordinate the weekly driver newsletter, from briefing to deployment, while continuously seeking improvement opportunities.
  • Performance Measurement: Collaborate with internal teams to establish metrics for evaluating communication campaign effectiveness.
  • Voice of the Customer: Act as the key advocate for drivers, ensuring their needs are reflected in all communications.

What You'll Need:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in customer marketing, project management, or customer engagement.
  • Skills: Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Creativity: A knack for shaping customer messaging across various channels while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Self-Starter: A proactive attitude, ready to take initiative and create impact without needing to be directed.
